How to use it (three ways to play)
Match & Place: lay out the mat and match each food card to its correct food group. Memory: turn all the cards face down and take turns flipping two at a time to find matching foods. Snap: place cards down in turns and call out matching foods or food groups as they appear. Start with whichever version suits your child's age, and let them invent their own variations once they know the basics.
