Kindy Program

A flexible 3-tier program for kindy-aged children and their educators, offering practical, evidence-based support on healthy eating and mealtimes. Educators gain confidence handling everyday feeding challenges, while children get fun, food-based play that builds curiosity and healthy habits.

This program can be used through Kindy Uplift funding or paid for privately.

Package Options

Bronze — $1000

60-minute kids nutrition class with food-based play (educators present). Includes sensory food exploration, food sorting games, food experiments, food art activities, cooking a meal or snack, and packing lunchboxes.

Can be booked individually, or added on top of a package below.

Silver — $1200

Educator and children resources + educator masterclasses. Includes a meal-time environment checklist, interactive lunchbox cards, a mealtime conversation game, a food re-framing game, posters and visual cues for the centre, an interactive food group game, a food exploration game, and more.

Plus 5 masterclass videos for educators covering childhood nutrition, lunchboxes, fussy eating, and more.

Gold — $1500

Educator and children resources + masterclasses + a 60-minute in-person educator session. Includes everything from the Silver package, plus a 60-minute in-person session focused on real-life implementation: fussy eating, supporting food choices, responsive feeding practices, and more.

Why It Works

This program applies the same evidence-based principles behind everything else at Easy Feeding Co: repeated, low-pressure exposure to new foods, neutral food language modelled by a trusted adult, and the Division of Responsibility, where adults decide what's offered and children decide whether and how much to eat. Educators leave with practical tools they can use immediately, and children build food confidence through play, not pressure.

What Every Level Includes

Every package includes a 30-minute video call one month after your session, to check in on what's changed since implementation, troubleshoot questions for staff, or reorient any new team members to the resources.
