Refunds & Returns

We want you to feel confident purchasing from us.

Physical Products
We offer refunds, replacements or exchanges in line with Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is:

• Faulty or defective

• Not as described

• Damaged in transit

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue where applicable.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect selection

• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, unless required by law.
