Children absorb how we talk about food long before they understand nutrition.
Comments like “good”, “bad”, “treat” or “you have to eat this” can quietly shape food beliefs for years.

These game cards support adults to model neutral, respectful food language. This can help to turn everyday moments into powerful learning opportunities.
